Upon delivery if your Thank You Flowers fail to be delivered they will be taken back to Common Love. Additional fees may apply for your Best Wishes Flowers to be redelivered at another date and time.

Can I request a specific flower type or colour for my thank you bouquet?

When finalising your Thank You Flowers order include any requests in the notes section. Common Love will try the best to match your requests, however due to seasonality of flowers it cannot be guaranteed.
