Common Love Sydney Pty Ltd trading as Common Love is the entity who is collecting data on this website and in control of the data. Common Love Sydney Pty Ltd and its related bodies, are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals' personal information. Common Love Sydney is bound by the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth) ("the Act"). Common Love Sydney will only collect, use or disclose personal information in accordance with the Act and this privacy policy.
We are extremely concerned to protect your privacy and confidentiality. We understand that all users of our site are quite rightly concerned to know that their data will not be used for any purpose unintended by them, and will not fall into the hands of a third party. D) FINANCIAL INFORMATION, INCLUDING CREDIT CARD DETAILS
This information is used to obtain payment for goods and services you have ordered from us. This information is taken through a page certified as secure by Shopify. You will note that this page has a web address starting “https”, not “http”. The additional “s” denotes its secure status. Such information is automatically encrypted as soon as you confirm it and passes in encrypted form to our contracted merchant service provider, who automatically arranges the transfer from your bank account to ours. We store the encrypted version on our servers, to save you having to re-enter it when you buy from us again, after when it is automatically deleted. The encrypted information is retained for a period of 24 months, when it is automatically deleted.
Note: your Internet browser may produce a warning message. This is automatic and does not reflect on the high level of security built into our system.
E) VOLUNTEERED INFORMATION
Information volunteered by you for a particular purpose, for example a personal profile, survey, job application form, or contest. This information will be used exclusively for the purpose for which you have provided it. Information is disclosed to third parties only where the third party concerned qualifies in whatever way the web site page requires. We will make absolutely clear on the face of the page, any intention to publicise the name of a winner. If you do not provide us with the information that we request, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services. Common Love have dedicated courier drivers and a range of delivery options to suit your needs. Our delivery hours are :

DELIVERY
If you require delivery to a location not listed please get in contact with us directly to see if this can be accommodated for. Due to the nature and size of products we do not offer delivery to PO boxes. We cannot guarantee special requests but will always endeavor to do our best.
Common Love reserves the right to charge additional fees (payable by the customer) due to extenuating circumstances. This may include but not limited to misspelled or incorrect delivery information provided, difficulty or delays caused by inaccurate information provided.
If the recipient is uncontactable and there is a safe place to leave the items we may do so. Upon delivery if your items fail to be delivered they will be taken back to Common Love. Additional fees may apply for items to be redelivered at another date and time.
REFUND POLICY
Common Love sources the very best flowers and products. Flower availability is dependent on seasonality and market availability. Pictures seen on www.commonlove.com.au is a reference to the style, colour and design of our arrangement, products will not be identical to images. As a result, by accepting the terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be a difference between online images and products received.
Flowers sold are perishable and have a varied life span depending on season, environment and care. The main things to note in maintaining your flowers is changing the water every second day and to never place flowers in direct sunlight. Your flowers lifespan should be between 4-7 days if cared for correctly. If the flowers have not lasted for at least 3 days let us know within this time by calling 0498 838 832 or emailing orders@commonlove.com.au. Common Love reserves the right to request photos of the original flowers. Any dissatisfaction with the freshness of flowers must be communicated within the 3 days of delivery. To assist in quality control we may request to collect the original flowers. Replacement or redelivery of flowers may not be completed if the original flowers are disposed of or images are unavailable. If a refund is due this will be processed via the same payment method used to order. Electronic refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
Common love does not issue refunds or returns based on changes of mine. Refunds will only be given if an item arrives faulty or damaged. If this is the case contact Common Love immediately. Upon returns and inspection of the item a refund will be processed via the same payment method used to order. Electronic refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel your order the full amount will be fully refundable if 48 hours of notice has been given. Cancellations received within less than 48 hours from delivery date will be charged at 50% of total order value. We are unable to cancel any orders 24 hours or less as they have already begun to be made or are in the process of being delivered.
TERMS OF SERVICES
All order submissions received are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Common Love Sydney, whom have the right to cancel your order. In occurrence of this refusal a refund will be processed via the payment method used to place the order. Electronic refunds may take up to 7 business days to process. The acceptance of your submission only takes place once your order has begun processing.
